Headliner Records is owned by producer George Tobin.
Tobin Started his career as guitar player and song WRITER. He WAS a staff producer with A&M records and then Motown records. Among the artists he has produced are Barry White, The Commodores, Thelma Houston, The Manhattans, GENE PITNEY, Barbara Mitchell, Natalie Cole, DEREK, Jennifer Holliday, Smokey Robinson, Kim Carnes, New Edition, Tiffany, PC Quest, Robert John, and Kicking Harold, and many others. Mr. Tobin has produced 16 records on the Billboard Hot 100, including four #1 records, and has sold millions of units as a producer. As a music publisher he has published two #1 records, "Sad Eyes" and "Could've Been," and has published numerous other successful charted compositions. Mr. Tobin has also had major success as an artist manager and radio station owner, In 1990 Mr. Tobin bought a failing A/C radio station in Las Vegas flipped format to modern rock under the name KEDG...THE EDGE. He oversaw the programming and all facets of the station which among other things became the highest rated modern rock in the United States as well as being named Billboard's Radio Station of the Year. He has received many awards, nominations, and has had numerous articles written about him in various publications. ex. Mike Piccirillo has been a professional music producer and songwriter since 1976. He has produced 31 major label albums during his career. Piccirillo's production & composing work has been featured on major hits by Smokey Robinson, including the Number One Record “BEING WITH YOU”, Kim Carnes hit “MORE LOVE”, Robert John’s Number One Record “SAD EYES”, and others, earning him several Gold & Platinum records. Over 100 of Mike's songs have been released on recordings by various major label recording artists. In addition to playing many instruments, he is also an expert MIDI programmer, music arranger, and very experienced recording mixer. Mike is especially proud of being a Gold Member of The National Academy of Songwriters.
In addition to his extensive work on record albums, Mike has written and produced approximately 50 additional songs that have been featured in 26 theatrical motion pictures, including 15 songs in one film alone, Tom Hanks' 60's Rock & Roll film "THAT THING YOU DO", (6 of Mike's songs are on the Gold soundtrack album). Other film highlights include the end title song to "Nightmare On Elm Street IV", and featured original songs in “Big Momma’s House”, "Police Academy 4 ", "Child's Play" and many others. Piccirillo has also had an extensive career as the musical underscore composer on over 600 half hour episodes of featured Television animated series. Rob Russell-Mixing Engineer
Robert C. Russell has been fortunate to have worked in the highest of professional environments, which has encompassed different genres of music and many different applications. As well as working on gold, platinum and Grammy Award winning albums, he is a voting member of NARAS, the organization responsible for the Grammy awards and numerous other charities and events. He has experience producing, mixing, tracking and editing of various types of music, including Orchestral, Pop, Latin, Country, Foreign, Rap, Dance and R&B. Rob's work has been featured in a variety of formats including movies, television, radio, industrials and records. During his time as a freelance engineer/producer, Rob worked at world-class studios such as Capital, A&M, Oceanway, Larrabe, Westlake, Universal and many more. He has also worked with such talents as Aaron Neville, Vikki Carr, Joan Sebastian, Brian McKnight, LA & Babyface, Rocio Durcal, Marisela, Take 6, Los Huracanes, Armando Manzanero, Az Yet, Tori Amos, Smooth, Gloria Trevi, After 7, Sounds of Blackness, Tiffany, and Bell Biv Devoe.

Since graduating Full Sail in November '02, Dustin has become Protools Certified Starting in the industry as a radio and club dj, his musical background centers mostly around production. HE HAS BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH GEORGE TOBIN FOR 4 YEARS.
